Family Area

• All Children under 10 years of age must go to the Family Area.
• Children aged 10 to 12 years may use the Family Area or go to the Satsang Hall.
• All children above 12 years must go into the Satsang Hall.
• All children whether in the Family Area or Satsang Hall must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 years or over.
• The Family Area opens at 06:30 and closes at the end of the Satsang Programme.
• Parents and guardians are requested not to bring any type of toys to the Family Area, as it is fully equipped with toys, games, books, arts and crafts to entertain the children.
• Food for your child may be brought in as food is not provided.
  There will be limited facilities to warm a bottle or baby food.
• Please remember that mobile phones, electronic games, cameras, binoculars, laser pointers, iPads, laptops, tablets, MP3 players, smartwatches, fitness bands, or any audio & video recording device are not allowed in the Family Area.
• Children must not be left in the Family Area without a parent or guardian. Please see conditions of use of the Family Area below.
• Be sure to bring any medication your child may need. Children with any infectious diseases such as covid-19, chicken pox, measles etc, should not be brought to the Family Area. Please be considerate towards other children.
• Photography and audio/video recording is strictly prohibited.

Family Area Conditions of Use

• The Family Area is available for parents or guardians to look after their children during the Satsang Programme.
• Please remember that the Family Area is not a facility where sevadars care for the children. The care of the children is entirely the responsibility of a parent or designated guardian.
• Parents or guardians may network among themselves to help care for each other's children but this must strictly be done outside the Family Area, as once a parent or guardian has entered the Family Area, they will not be allowed to leave until after the Satsang Programme is over.
• Parents and guardians must ensure that their children are well behaved and do not indulge in any unruly or violent activities.
• The Family Area is used entirely at your own risk, Science of the Soul - Italy accepts no liability for any actions, omissions or injury to the child or guardians whilst using the Family Area.
• Parents and guardians must remain with their children the entire time.
• No child may leave the Family Area unless accompanied by the parent or guardian responsible for that child.
• No parent or guardian may leave the Family Area without also taking the child that they are responsible for.
• Your child is your responsibility. Please ensure you keep your child under your sight and supervision at all times. Science of the Soul - Italy accepts no liability for lost or separated children.
• Other members of the family attending satsang in the Satsang Hall should not return to the Family Area for collecting children. They must arrange beforehand to meet at another location within the Centre property.
