Satsang Programme

Each day the Satsang Programme will begin at 10:00. Everyone is requested to be seated by 09:15. Children 10 years of age and older are permitted to attend Satsang (children aged 10 to 12 must be accompanied by an adult). Children under the age of 10 must go to the Family Area accompanied by a parent or family guardian who is at least 18 years of age.

Seating
The sangat must be seated by 09:15. If you leave your seat, and do not return by 09:15 you will be required to sit at the back of the Hall so please take your belongings with you. Chairs for those with a severe physical disability may be reserved through your Secretary/Coordinator/Board. Limited floor seating will be available. The majority of the seating will be on chairs. Those who wish to be seated together should arrive together. Reserving or holding seats for others will not be permitted. For the safety and comfort of all, please cooperate with the sevadars.

Restricted Items
Please do not carry mobile phones & Smart watches with you in the Satsang Hall as their use on site is strictly forbidden. Leave these items in your car or bus. Failing that, they can be deposited in the Deposit Tents situated in the parking areas. Phones deposited at the Deposit Tents can be collected only after satsang. Other electronic items, including audio & video recording devices, cameras, iPods/iPads, Fitbits/Smart watches, MP3 players and binoculars must NOT be brought or used in the Centre. Tobacco including e-cigarettes and lighters are also NOT allowed in any area of the Satsang Centre.

Large bags, food and drinks will NOT be permitted inside the Satsang Hall. Only a small handbag (15cm x 23cm / 6”x9”) will be allowed inside the Satsang Hall. To avoid delays and long queues, please refrain from bringing any of the above mentioned restricted items.

Photography and audio/video recording using any electronic device including mobile phones is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

Note Taking
It is the Master's wish that we take full advantage of his presence and do not spend time and attention taking notes. Therefore, you are kindly requested to refrain from taking notes during the Satsang Programme. The taking of notes and the passing of such notes to others by any means, including email and social networks, is strongly discouraged.

Attire
Please dress appropriately for satsang. The average temperature in the Santa Vittoria (Gualtieri) area is around 22/34 °C at this time of year. The Satsang Hall is an open shed and without cooling facilities. Please be considerate of others with health issues (allergies, asthma, etc.) and avoid wearing any perfumes, essential oils, or other strong scents.

The pedestrian paths in the parking area are uneven, please wear appropriate shoes.

Other Considerations
Smoking is Strictly Prohibited.
Pets are not allowed on site.
