Tea & Biscuits (only available before Satsang)
Tea & Biscuits will be available in the packed lunch area which is located near the entry of Family
Area from 6:30 to 8:30 on both days
of the Satsang Programme (cost of each is 0.20€). Everyone is requested to bring the correct coins.
We ask all those going to the Family Area
(those attending with children) and wishing to have tea, to please have it before entering the
Family Area, as once inside,
you will not be allowed to leave until after the Satsang
Programme is over. Tea & Biscuits will not be available in the Family Area.
First Aid
- Only minor medical problems arising on the day and urgent medical situations will be dealt with by the First Aid facility at the satsang centre. All other cases will be referred to local clinics or hospitals. The First Aid facility is not a clinic for consultations, dispensing of medication nor a source of medical advise for pre-existing conditions.
- If you are using any regular medication you must bring enough quantity to be able to face the travel and the stay. No medicines are available at the centre.
- Kindly remember to bring your European Health Insurance Card if you live in Europe.
- For non-european countries every non-urgent medical help might be charged with fees according to the service. It is recommended to verify if you have medical insurance and which services are covered by it. For urgent and life-threatening medical issues, public hospital services and emergency transportation with an ambulance do not require payment.

Lost Property and People
- Any items lost or found may be claimed from or reported to the Deposit Tents counters.
- All unclaimed lost property will be disposed of one month after the event.
Restricted items
- Mobile phones, electronic games, cameras, binoculars, laser pointers, iPads, laptops, tablets, MP3 players, smartwatches, fitness bands, or any audio & video recording devices, must not be brought into the premises. Tobacco including e-cigarettes and lighters are also not allowed in any area of the Satsang Centre. Anybody carrying any of these items must deposit them in the Deposit Tents located in the parking areas. Please note that the deposited items can only be collected upon your departure from the centre.
- Photography and either audio or video recording is strictly prohibited.
- Taking notes during Satsang and Question and Answer is also prohibited.
- Only a small cushion or frameless folding seat and a ladies small handbag (15cm x 23cm / 6”x9”) will be allowed into the Satsang Hall - no other bags, food or drinks will be permitted.
Please note
Smoking is prohibited in the Centre. This applies to tabacco and e-cigarettes.
Literature
Books, CDs, DVDs and photos will be on sale after satsang on the right of the Satsang Hall. For the location of the Bookstall please follow the signs posted at the centre.
Water
Drinking water is available at the water stalls throughout the premises.
Please respect the environment and use the rubbish bins provided for any litter.
